REQUIRED DOCUMENTS & FINGERPRINT BACKGROUND CHECK (CBC) FOR ALL EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS

• Driver's License or State ID Card
• Social Security Card
• Direct Deposit-Evangeline Parish School District requires all employees to use direct deposit for all compensations.
• Employees must provide a voided check, bank enrollment ACH Form, or ABBA routing and account numbers to be used.
• All prospective employees are required to obtain a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening. The applicant will be contacted to schedule their Criminal Background Check (CBC) / Fingerprinting.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYMENT

• Resume
• College Diploma
• Official College Transcript (Transcript maybe escript.)
• Copy of Louisiana teaching certificate or a letter from university verifying admission to teacher education program (stating which alternative certification route being pursued) or passing scores in Reading and Writing part of Praxis scores.
• Two (2) Employment recommendation letters
• Three (3) Character references (Non Family Member) List references' name, address, and contact number (include on resume)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TEACHERS

Applicants for teaching positions with the Evangeline Parish School System must possess, or be eligible for, a Louisiana Teacher's Certificate.
